These Payment Terms govern all transactions made through the Kemkeress platform located at kemkeress.com. By completing a purchase or initiating a payment, you agree to these terms in full. Please read them carefully before proceeding with any transaction.
1. Scope of Application
These Payment Terms apply to all users who purchase access to webinars, courses, subscriptions, or any other paid services offered by Kemkeress. They form part of the broader Terms of Service and should be read alongside our Privacy Policy.
2. Accepted Payment Methods
Kemkeress accepts the following payment methods:
- Credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard)
- Online payment systems supported at checkout
- Bank transfers where explicitly offered
All available payment options are displayed at the point of purchase. Kemkeress reserves the right to add or remove accepted payment methods at any time without prior notice.
3. Pricing and Currency
All prices listed on the platform are displayed in the currency shown at checkout. Prices are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Kemkeress reserves the right to adjust pricing at any time. Price changes will not affect purchases already completed.
4. Billing and Charges
4.1 One-Time Purchases
For individual webinars or standalone products, payment is collected in full at the time of purchase. Access to the purchased content is granted upon successful payment confirmation.
4.2 Subscription Plans
Where subscription-based access is offered, billing occurs on a recurring basis according to the selected plan interval (monthly or annual). Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled before the next billing date. You are responsible for ensuring your payment details remain current and valid.
4.3 Failed Payments
If a payment fails, Kemkeress may attempt to process the charge again within a short period. Continued failure to collect payment may result in suspension or termination of access to paid services. You will be notified of any payment failure via the email address associated with your account.
5. Free Trials and Promotional Offers
Kemkeress may offer free trials or promotional pricing from time to time. Unless explicitly stated otherwise, a valid payment method is required to activate a free trial. If you do not cancel before the trial period ends, your payment method will be charged at the standard rate. Promotional pricing applies only for the duration specified and may not be combined with other offers.
6. Refund Policy
6.1 General Conditions
Refund eligibility is determined on a case-by-case basis. As a general principle, refunds may be considered if a request is submitted within 7 days of purchase and the content or service has not been substantially accessed or consumed.
6.2 Non-Refundable Items
The following are not eligible for refunds:
- Completed and fully accessed webinar sessions
- Downloadable materials that have been downloaded
- Subscription fees for periods already elapsed
- Purchases made using promotional or discounted pricing where refund exclusion was disclosed
6.3 How to Request a Refund
To submit a refund request, contact us at contact@kemkeress.com with your order details and the reason for your request. We will review and respond within 10 business days. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method and may take additional time to appear depending on your financial institution.
7. Chargebacks and Disputes
If you believe an error has occurred with a charge, we encourage you to contact us directly before initiating a chargeback with your bank or payment provider. Unauthorized or fraudulent chargebacks may result in permanent suspension of your account. Kemkeress cooperates fully with payment providers in the investigation of disputed transactions.
8. Taxes and Fees
You are responsible for any taxes, duties, or levies applicable to your purchase under the laws of your location. Kemkeress may be required to collect and remit taxes in certain cases, which will be reflected in the total amount shown at checkout. Kemkeress is not responsible for currency conversion fees or additional charges applied by your bank or payment provider.
9. Security of Payment Information
Kemkeress does not store full card numbers or sensitive payment credentials on its servers. All payment processing is handled through certified third-party payment processors that comply with applicable security standards. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.

Kemkeress reserves the right to update these Payment Terms at any time. The revised version will be published on this page with an updated date. Continued use of paid services following any modification constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms. For material changes, we will make reasonable efforts to notify users in advance.
